This workshop focuses on exploring and nurturing compassion—both towards oneself and others. Inspired by the Dalai Lama’s (2001) definition of compassion as a sensitivity to suffering combined with a commitment to its alleviation and prevention, it provides a space for reflection and personal growth.
Through practical activities, participants explore the different dimensions of compassion and learn how to integrate them into daily life. Special emphasis is placed on developing self-kindness and relating to one’s inner world with warmth and gentleness.
By approaching ourselves with tenderness, we strengthen our inner resources, enabling deeper connection with loved ones, work, and the surrounding world.
